Some Notes About These Archives

A note about hyperlinks.  The internet is ephemeral.  The hyperlinks that apper in older eNewsletters were "live" when they were written, but they may no longer work because the websites, or webpages, they linked to are now gone.  Because these are historical documents preserved as they were written, we do not attempt to update hyperlinks they contain.

A note about missing issues.  These archives are incomplete before the Fall of 2004.
